💡 We, at HN Services Romania, are expanding our team, and we are looking for new, experienced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Functional Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions

Overview:

We are looking for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Functional Administrator with French B1+ to join the DLP team within Infrastructure & Security Services.

In this role, you will support the functional configuration and daily management of the Data Leakage Prevention platform, covering business engagement, user support, and functional operations.

You will analyse and challenge user needs, prepare and implement validated changes, propose optimized alternatives when possible, and ensure delivery in accordance with ITSM guidelines and data protection standards.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and remediate functional incidents related to the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform and/or linked service offerings
• Provide functional support to application users and the DLP point of contact
• Collaborate with transversal teams in Paris to align technical implementations with data protection standards
• Monitor key data flows and ensure alignment with security and data protection standards
• Manage and optimize DLP policies, controls, and preventive monitoring requirements in accordance with the Group's data protection standards
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort
• Support testing, quality assurance, and requirements analysis for service evolutions
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change requests, and project implementations, including collection of needs, timelines, risk assessment, delivery estimates, and documentation when necessary
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and other technical teams to deliver effective security solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records for DLP services and new implementations

Requirements:

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in DLP/security platform administration or IT functional support with basic cybersecurity knowledge

Technical Skills

• Basic cybersecurity knowledge
• Stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

• Symantec DLP Platform management and configuration
• ITIL certification
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Microsoft SC-400 certification
• Agile / Scrum mindset

Language Requirements

• English – Fluent (written and spoken)
• French – Conversational level (B1+ or B2)

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work on legal holidays on a rotational basis within the team
• Availability to work during weekends or outside business hours in specific circumstances (P1/P2 incidents or essential deliveries outside business hours)
