Project Summary

Development and implementation of a comprehensive Unstructured Data Management framework supporting AI and data-driven initiatives. The mission includes defining standards, governance rules, and methodologies to ensure data reliability, consistency, and reusability across scalable data and AI solutions. The role also covers stakeholder coordination, innovation pilots, vendor benchmarking, and evaluation of document processing and metadata management technologies.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Develop methodological foundations for Unstructured Data Management aligned with industry best practices.

• Define and document standards, rules, and frameworks for data quality, consistency, metadata, and reusability.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic data objectives.

• Pilot innovative Unstructured Data Frameworks and integrate lessons learned into operational practices.

• Evaluate technology vendors, benchmark solutions, and recommend suitable tools and platforms.

• Assess document processing technologies including OCR, NLP, and VLM solutions.

• Support transformation initiatives related to AI and analytical data utilization.

• Produce technical documentation and implementation recommendations.

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

• Extensive experience in:

  • Data Governance

  • Metadata Management

  • Data Quality

  • Data Architecture

  • Data Modeling

• Proven experience deploying operational data management activities within complex environments.

• Strong expertise in document processing technologies:

  • OCR

  • NLP

  • VLM

• Strong knowledge of metadata management and ontology management.

• Experience with unstructured data management for AI and data-driven initiatives.

• Experience evaluating vendors, benchmarking technologies, and assessing solutions.

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Preferred Experience

• Experience establishing data frameworks and standards within AI-focused or data-driven projects.

• Experience supporting transformation initiatives linked to AI and analytics.

• Experience leading innovation pilots and scaling operational learnings.

• Experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
