Data Management and Analysis

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate customer projects from order confirmation through production until final delivery.

·       Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

·       Act as the primary liaison between Production, Quality Services, Supply Chain, Engineering, and customers regarding project progress.

·       Monitor project status, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time completion.

·       Coordinate product development activities, including artwork approval, material preparation, sampling, and production trials.

·       Track project costs, timelines, and resource utilization, and provide regular progress reports to management.

·       Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

·       Support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

·       Ensure project execution complies with company procedures, customer specifications, and quality standards.

·       Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve technical or operational issues and ensure successful project implementation.

·       Follow up on customer feedback and coordinate corrective and preventive actions when required.

·       Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Printing Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, production planning, or a manufacturing environment.

·       Experience in the printing, packaging, or FMCG industry is an advantage.

·       Strong understanding of project management principles and production processes.

·       Able to coordinate effectively with cross-function, Production, Quality Services, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Others:

·       Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

·       Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

·       Good command of English, both written and spoken.

·       Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

·       Willing to be based at the company site.

·       Able to work extra hours to meet customer requirement

·       Ready to travel in case needed
