Data management assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Assistant to support our team in maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date company records and databases. The successful candidate will assist with data entry, data verification, record maintenance, reporting, and general administrative tasks related to data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inaccurate information.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries.
• Retrieve and provide data or records as requested by authorized personnel.
• Assist with data cleaning, organization, and validation.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify information.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies regarding data privacy and security.
• Perform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is an advantage.
