Data Management Associate Internship

We are looking for a Data Management Associate Intern (Leading to full time) to support product data management, book categorization, data quality, Google Merchant Center operations, and process improvement. This is a 2-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and correct book categories and product data.
• Filter, map, and organize scraped and catalog data.
• Research and create new categories when required.
• Perform quality checks on newly published books and images.
• Manage product data movement and filtration for Google Merchant Center.
• Monitor GMC product health and resolve data-related issues.
• Analyze category and sales performance.
• Support automation and data process improvements.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good data cleaning, filtering, and research skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, Python, scraping, or automation is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required BBA or a background in Finance or Accounting will be an advantage.
