Job Description:�

Duties/Responsibilities The office is seeking an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.. The position offers a unique and challenging experience for a highly motivated person. The selected candidate will be assigned to work as a contracted data management clerk.�

Primary Duties Include The Following

• Criminal history record data review and data entry.
• Ensure full criminal history accurately relays information provided to the client.
• Researching criminal history records both digitally and manually
• Accessing the Courts, Law enforcement, and office programs and software for frequently updated data.
• Processing fax and e-mail requests from Courts, Judges, and Police Departments

Education/Experience/Special Requirements

• Applicants should have excellent computer skills and be well organized.
• Familiarity with criminal justice procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
