What You'll Architect

• Translate business needs into structured data management and governance solutions
• Design and implement data governance frameworks covering metadata, quality, and master data
• Enable organisations to manage and structure their data assets across complex environments
• Implement data management solutions using tools such as Collibra, Talend, or Informatica
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems and processes
• Support the definition of data ownership, stewardship, and governance structures
• Contribute to data privacy, security, and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed governance into day-to-day operations
• Contribute to the evolution of data management practices (cloud, unstructured data, emerging regulations)
• Support the design of scalable data environments that enable analytics and AI use cases

What You Bring Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Master Data Management
• Experience working with enterprise data environments and data assets
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch or French and English

Technical & Functional Skills

• Knowledge of data governance principles (metadata, data quality, MDM)
• Experience with data management tools (Collibra, Purview, Talend, Informatica, or similar)
• Understanding of data landscapes, storage, and enterprise data flows
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems
• Ability to connect governance with business value and operational processes

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to data architecture or data engineering concepts
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, etc.)
