Data Management Executive

Responsible for managing and maintaining customer, sales, lead, product, stock, and order data accurately. The role supports the Sales and Marketing teams by keeping data updated, tracking leads and follow-ups, and preparing regular reports for management.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update customer, sales, and product data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Enter daily sales leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer details accurately.
• Manage and organize CRM and lead databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and data reports.
• Maintain product information including model, specifications, stock, price, and warranty details.
• Check data for duplicates, missing information, and errors.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations teams for data updates.
• Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and sales conversions.
• Support management with data analysis and MIS reports.
• Keep company data organised, accurate, confidential, and up to date.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and data management.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare MIS and sales reports.
• Basic knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables is an advantage.

Experience: 1yrs - 5yrs

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
