Data Management Executive

A Data Management Executive (DME) organizes, cleans, and maintains an organization's digital records and datasets to ensure accuracy, security, and smooth business operations.

• Data Cleaning & Quality Control: Remove duplicate records, fix data entry errors, and validate information consistency.
• Report Generation: Build and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for leadership.
• Data Operations: Handle routine database updates, coordinate bulk data uploads, and manage external data collection using AI or web scraping tools.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with IT, sales, and operations teams to fulfill specific data and reporting requests.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), basic SQL or Python, and familiarity with database tools or BI software (like Qlik or Power BI).
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or related quantitative fields.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
