Data Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

1.Maintain, clean and update the firm's master database, including contact, company and designation details.
Research and identify relevant POCs from bulk data received from partners and internal teams using CRM and research tools.
Organise, store and maintain accurate records for future BD activities.
2. Email Campaign Management
Manage bulk email campaigns through the CRM/email marketing platform.
Edit, filter and prepare contact lists based on campaign requirements.
Send campaigns as instructed and maintain campaign records.
3. Website & Profile Management
Edit, update and upload lawyer profiles on the firm's website.
Add or remove profiles and make changes as required on a regular basis.
Maintain a tracker of all profile updates and changes.
4. Corporate Events & Registrations
Research relevant corporate, legal and industry events and register.

Qualifications

1.Experience: of0-1 years of experience in business development.

2.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.

3.Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to guide strategies.

4.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

5.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
