WE ARE HIRING DATA MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (DME)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company and customer databases accurately and regularly.
• Collect, verify, organize, and maintain data from different departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Excel, CRM, and other company systems.
• Monitor data for errors, duplication, and inconsistencies and ensure necessary corrections.
• Maintain proper records of sales, service, customer, employee, and operational data.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required information and reports.
• Generate reports and summaries for management review and decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
• Track pending data, reports, and submissions and ensure timely completion.
• Support the HR, Sales, Service, and Accounts teams with data-related requirements.
• Perform other data management and administrative duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/COUNTIF will be an advantage.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in MIS, data entry, reporting, or automobile dealership operations will be preferred.
