Data Management Executive (DME)

MIS EXECUTIVE

Role Purpose

Responsible for accurate data collection, timely MIS reporting and analysis to provide management with clear visibility of business performance and key actions.

This is a 6 days office based role.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Support for systems implementation of ERP. (Training will be provided by us and system integrator)
• Data Collection: Collect required data from ERP and departments and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as per defined formats and timelines.
• Data Accuracy: Cross-check MIS data with ERP/source records and identify discrepancies.
• KPI Tracking: Track departmental KPIs and highlight deviations from targets.
• Production MIS: Prepare reports on production, productivity, rejection, downtime and pending orders.
• Sales & Dispatch MIS: Track sales, orders, dispatches, pending orders and customer-wise performance.
• Inventory MIS: Report RM, WIP and FG stock, movement, ageing and critical/shortage items.
• Receivables MIS: Prepare ageing and outstanding reports and track collection commitments.
• Management Reporting: Highlight key variances, exceptions and pending actions requiring management attention.
• ERP & Data Systems: Maintain reporting masters, dashboards and data structures; support ERP data accuracy and reporting improvements.

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years' experience in MIS/Data Reporting , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and extracting/reporting data.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to convert raw data into simple, useful reports .
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
