Data Management Lead

Responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Data Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related course
• Extensive leadership and management skills (e.g., budget development and administration, policy development and implementation, personnel administration, staff training and development)
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge regarding digital transformation frameworks and development programs
• High level of technical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work on teams
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Creates and enforces data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent data management practices across the organization.
• Manages data quality by defining data quality standards, developing metrics, and monitoring performance to ensure data meets organizational requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitors data quality, conducts data profiling, and establishes rules and metrics to identify and address areas for enhancement.
• Implements data security controls, manages data access rights, and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Implements data management technologies and ensures they are effectively utilized to achieve organizational goals.
• Manages data integration and warehousing, including developing integration strategies, overseeing warehousing projects, and ensuring proper data storage and maintenance.
• Oversees data management teams by defining team goals, managing performance, and supporting team development; ensures the team is equipped with the necessary training and resources.
• Establishes mechanisms for data governance oversight, including regular reviews and audits; prepares data governance reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership.
• Provides training and guidance to employees on data governance principles, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of data stewardship and compliance.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
