Role Overview The Data Manager and Client Account Guide is a highly multifaceted role on TTA's client support team. You'll operate at the intersection of data analysis, client education, and quality control serving as the expert resource for escalated issues, complex onboarding, and high-touch training. From building custom TREK reports and special projects to hosting monthly group trainings, this role requires both deep technical fluency with TTA's systems and the communication skills to make data accessible and actionable for advisor clients. Key Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Training Calls Lead individualized training sessions with clients to walk them through TTA's platforms, reporting outputs, and data insights tailoring each session to the client's experience level and business goals.
• New Client Onboarding Own the onboarding process for new clients entering TTA 2.0 or TTA Classic, ensuring a smooth, well-documented setup experience that sets clients up for long-term success.
• Escalation Resolution Receive and resolve escalated tickets and complex issues from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, applying advanced system knowledge to diagnose and address root causes efficiently.
• TREK Report Building Build and deliver TREK (Top Turns / Revenue / Execution / KPIs) reports for assigned clients, producing accurate, branded, and insight-rich documents that drive coaching conversations.
• Quality Control Conduct thorough quality checks on data and reports before delivery, maintaining TTA's high standards for accuracy and ensuring clients always receive reliable, polished outputs.
• Special Projects Execute special data projects as directed by the Lead Coach, including custom analysis, one-off builds, and research initiatives that support TTA's broader client and product strategy.
• Monthly Group Training Host a monthly free training session for clients on how to navigate TTA's trackers and interpret their data delivering a consistent, high-value touchpoint that strengthens client relationships and product adoption.
• Conferencing Attend conferences with trusted business partners maintaining and creating new client relations and representing TrackThatAdvisor.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a data, analytics, and client-facing operations roles OR minimum B.S. in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields financial services experience strongly preferred
• Highly proficient with data tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly
• Advanced proficiency in data aggregation, cleaning, and visualization tools.
• Experience building or maintaining SaaS platforms, dashboards, or proprietary data tools
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling narrative for a non-technical audience
• Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment
• Comfortability handling meetings applying knowledge about data in a live environment.
• Ability to independently manage and resolve escalated data, reporting, and client-related issues, exercising sound judgment to identify root causes, determine appropriate solutions, and communicate resolutions clearly.

Compensation & Schedule $55,000$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience Full-time position
