Data Manager

Capyx is looking for an experienced Data Manager to support our client in ensuring data quality, governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end data quality, integrity, and governance.
• Implement data governance frameworks and regulatory standards (GDPR, BCBS 239).
• Manage data lineage, data dictionaries, KPIs, and quality controls.
• Identify and mitigate data risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote Data-by-Design principles across Agile teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Legal, and Business stakeholders.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 + years in Data Management, Data Governance, or Risk Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Data governance frameworks, GDPR, BCBS 239, Data Quality, and Data Lineage .
• Understanding of API governance, ISO 20022, and data modelling.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Language: French and/or Dutch with Good English
• Location: Brussels - 2 days onsite
• Start: ASAP
