What they need
To support the ongoing implementation and rollout of the Financial Management System (FMS), dedicated project-based headcount is required to ensure seamless project execution without disrupting day-to-day school finance operations.
• Capacity Augmentation: Existing school finance staff will be heavily allocated to FMS activities: requirement validation, data mapping approval, system training and user acceptance testing (UAT). The additional hires will take on the preparation, execution and documentation work in these activities, so that school staff can focus on decisions and sign-offs while keeping day-to-day operations running.
• Data Migration & Quality Assurance: The role will directly assist in the cleaning, encoding and reconciliation of each school's financial data into the FMS migration templates, using extracts prepared by the central IT team and the ACCPAC owner. • System Testing & Rollout Support: Associates will actively participate in system testing (CRP and UAT), cutover and post-go-live validation to ensure data accuracy, complete evidence for sign-off, and smooth system transition
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
