Data Migration Consultant

We are looking for a Data Migration Lead for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-

• Deep subject matter expertise in enterprise data migration, including profiling, mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading, reconciliation and cutover.

• Proven experience leading a data migration and/or archiving workstream on a complex enterprise SaaS transformation.

• Proven experience delivering data migration or archiving for validated GxP-regulated systems, including data integrity, traceability, approvals and inspection-ready evidence.

• Strong understanding of records retention, archiving, retrieval, legal hold and regulated record requirements.

• Experience coordinating data analysts, data engineers, archive specialists, business data owners, technical teams, the implementation partner and other third-party suppliers.

• Experience planning and executing multiple data migration rehearsals and production cutover, with measurable entry and exit criteria.

• Strong knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, exception management and control frameworks.

• Proven experience developing and managing complex data migration workstream plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and supplier commitments.

• AI fluency and practical understanding of automation or analytics techniques that can improve profiling, mapping and reconciliation while maintaining compliance.

Employment type:- B2B/Fixed Term Contract.

It would be remote working with occasional travel.
