Data Migration Deployment Lead

About the role

Lead and coordinate regional data migration and deployment activities across multiple markets, serving as the main point of contact between global teams, SI partners, and local market coordinators. Manage end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, Salesforce, and other target platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional data migration and deployment activities across multiple markets
• Serve as the main point of contact between global teams, SI partners, and local market coordinators
• Manage end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, Salesforce, and other target platforms
• Ensure data quality, validation, governance compliance, and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle
• Drive stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk management, and decision-making
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities to ensure successful deployment
• Identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and promote a proactive, solution-oriented culture

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Migration, Master Data, or Data Readiness within large-scale, multi-country transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP PLM or Centric PLM is an advantage
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data validation, data quality management, profiling, and migration methodologies
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working in multicultural environments
• Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally as required
