Working Arrangement: Hybrid , Monday–Friday

Working Hours in PH time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Migration Lead to own the end-to-end data migration stream for a core banking transformation in the Philippines. The role covers migration strategy, solution design, mapping, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and vendor/stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data migration strategy, solution design, planning, and delivery, including mapping, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, testing, and cutover.
• Drive data mapping and transformation between legacy systems and the target lending platform, working with business, technology, and vendor SMEs.
• Lead SIT/UAT, mock loads, dress rehearsals, reconciliation, production migration, go-live, and hypercare.
• Coordinate migration workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, defects, and reconciliation sign-off through to closure.
• Present migration approaches, risks, status, and solution options to senior stakeholders and vendor leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ hands-on data migration/integration experience in core banking transformation, with full lifecycle delivery from mapping, profiling and cleansing through reconciliation, mock loads, dress rehearsals and production cutover.
• Strong knowledge of core banking lending data structures and reconciliation, including facilities/limits, loans, transactions, collateral/guarantees, schedules, accruals, balances, control totals, source-to-target/GL validation, and audit-ready evidence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting solutions, trade-offs, risks and status to senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Good to have: Techno-functional experience across core banking, Payments, Trade Finance or Lending; packaged lending/universal banking implementations; formal policy-governed migration frameworks; multi-country/multi-release programs; and data masking/production-data controls.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php300,000.00 per month
