Data Migration Project Coordinator #HJN

Duties:

·         Enterprise Reporting Strategy: Define the enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.

·         Reporting Standardization & KPI Governance: Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance in partnership with business stakeholders.

·         Reporting & Dashboard Delivery: Lead the delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.

·         Data Modelling & Semantic Layer: Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted business data products to support a source of truth.

·         SAP Reporting & Analytics: Leverage SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC to deliver scalable and high-quality reporting solutions.

·         Quality, Performance & Adoption: Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support to ensure sustainable reporting solutions.

·         Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives.

Requirements:

·         Experience in SAP S/4HANA, with reporting lead experience being essential.

·         Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.

·         Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC is preferred.

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·         Experience working with enterprise reporting, KPI governance, and data models.

·         Ability to lead reporting delivery across multiple functions, markets, or countries.
