Data Migration Specialist

Key Responsibilities – Data Migration Intern

• Assist with data migration and data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Review, clean, and organize data received from clients.
• Prepare and format data in Excel templates according to the required system format.
• Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before migration.
• Assist with importing data into the accounting/ERP system.
• Identify and correct basic data errors or missing information.
• Coordinate with clients or the internal team to clarify data-related queries.
• Maintain proper records of migration files and supporting documents.
• Learn and adapt to new software, systems, and data migration processes quickly.
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling large amounts of data.
• Strong learning ability and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
• Basic understanding of accounting data would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients/team members.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
