Data Migration Specialist (Customer Onboarding and Implementation)

We're seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support Boostlingo's platform migration initiatives, ensuring customer data is transferred accurately, completely, and on schedule.

In this role, you will work closely with the U.S.-based Implementation & Onboarding team to execute data migrations across all phases of the program, from initial platform configuration through final data validation and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer data migrations across all phases: platform configuration, client and interpreter data, rate structures, and appointment records.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance before and after each migration phase, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain migration tracking logs and update program dashboards to reflect current phase status for all assigned accounts.
• Identify and escalate data quality issues, migration exceptions, or blockers proactively.
• Contribute to process documentation and help refine estimates as the program progresses through each wave.
• Collaborate with the internal IM team and engineering as needed to resolve technical questions and ensure program continuity.
• Handle all customer data in strict accordance with Boostlingo's NDA and data privacy requirements.

Hybrid Work: One (1) office day per week

Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data migration, ETL operations, or technical SaaS implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with large structured datasets.
• Experience with data transformation, validation, and import/export workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM or SaaS platform administration (Salesforce, Planhat, or similar).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Reliable communicator — proactive, clear, and comfortable working across time zones in a remote environment.
• Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based team in an offshore contractor capacity preferred.
• Understanding of data privacy principles; HIPAA awareness a plus given healthcare customer base.
