Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Mining & Lead Generation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B data research, web research, lead generation, and database management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching veterinary hospitals, animal clinics, veterinary practice owners, practice managers, veterinarians, and other relevant decision-makers, primarily within the US and Canadian veterinary markets.

The role requires excellent research skills, accuracy, and the ability to build clean and relevant prospect databases that support MyVetHub’s sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research veterinary hospitals, animal clinics, emergency veterinary centres, specialty hospitals, and other veterinary practices.
• Identify relevant business decision-makers, including practice owners, hospital owners, veterinary directors, practice managers, administrators, and senior veterinarians.
• Collect and organise relevant business information such as:
• Veterinary practice name
• Website
• Location
• Practice type
• Decision-maker name
• Job title
• Business email address
• Business phone number
• LinkedIn profile
• Practice size and other relevant business information
• Conduct B2B lead generation based on specific locations, practice types, services, and prospect criteria.
• Use Google Search, LinkedIn, business directories, veterinary directories, company websites, and professional databases for research.
• Verify emails, phone numbers, websites, and other collected information before adding records to the database.
• Maintain accurate and well-structured prospect databases in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
• Remove duplicate, outdated, incorrect, and incomplete records.
• Research veterinary practices that may benefit from solutions related to appointment booking, AI reception, website/SEO, phone systems, digital marketing, and practice management.
• Segment leads based on location, business size, practice type, services, and other campaign requirements.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand target audience requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly research and lead-generation targets while maintaining data quality.
• Prepare regular reports on research activity, verified leads, completed records, and database quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Mining, Web Research, B2B Lead Generation, Market Research, or a similar role.
• Strong online research and data-mining skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience identifying key decision-makers within businesses.
• Good understanding of B2B prospect research and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with platforms such as:
• LinkedIn
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo
• Hunter
• RocketReach
• ZoomInfo
• Email verification tools
• Business directories
• Strong Google Search and advanced search skills.
• Ability to verify information using multiple reliable sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
