This position requires continuous collaboration to ensure data models are accurate, efficient, and support the overall data strategy. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure data models meet both current and future business needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategies.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to work with relational and non-relational databases effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code within Java Full Stack Development environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
