What they need
Import and process all off-plan, ready, sold, rental, and listing transactions daily. Ensure all transactions are accurately updated, verified, and completed within required timelines. Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete, or incorrect data and follow up on corrections. Collect and verify market-comparable data directly from real estate agents and other relevant sources Maintain fast turn-around times for data collection. Expected to enter 3500 listings per month.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and excellent data-entry productivity. Good knowledge of real estate terminology, property types, and comparable market data. Proficient in data entry, data-management systems, and real estate databases. Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines, daily targets, and maintain high-quality data standards.
