About the Role

We are looking for a Data Operation Analyst to manage website content updates, perform quality checks and support digital performance reporting and analysis.

Salary

$3,000 - $3,500/month

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Working Location

Central

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Description

• Manage daily website content updates, event listings and digital records.
• Process content update requests and coordinate event approval workflows.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure published content is accurate and up to date.
• Compile website performance data and prepare weekly reports.
• Analyse performance trends and support digital marketing campaign reporting.
• Assist with data extraction, report compilation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Basic data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret charts and identify trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and CSV file management.
• Experience with web analytics, digital campaign tracking or content management systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of marketing funnel analysis, conversion metrics and automated reporting is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Communications or Information Systems would be advantageous
