Data Operations Assistant

We are adding a Data Operations Assistant to our team to help manage and organize the information that keeps our clients running. Specifically, you will be supporting a project for a client in London who is currently transitioning their business operations from a collection of spreadsheets into a custom-built database system. This is a permanent, full-time role that is conducted entirely through remote work, allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects from wherever you are located.

The Role In this position, your main focus will be the integrity and movement of data. You will be working closely with our developers to ensure that information is correctly mapped, cleaned, and migrated between systems. This is not a role about high-level strategy or abstract theory. It is about the practical work of data management. You will be identifying duplicates, fixing formatting errors, and verifying that the records in a new database match the source material. You will also help document these processes so the client understands how their new system works. Because we are a remote company, you will use digital tools to stay in sync with the rest of the team and provide updates on your progress.
