Job Title: Data Operations – Document & Engineering Data Analyst

📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and improve the quality and integrity of engineering data, documents, and models in ALIM.
• Manage and maintain master data and equipment lifecycle data across SPF, ALIM, SAP, and related applications.
• Create, modify, maintain, and deactivate equipment tags and equipment numbers for projects and maintenance activities.
• Build and maintain Functional Location (FLOC) structures in SAP using equipment tag data.
• Review engineering drawings, documents, and models to ensure compliance with engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support engineering data cleansing, quality assurance, governance, and conformance reviews.
• Identify data discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support document management, engineering data reporting, and information assurance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering data management, maintenance, safety audits, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Bentley ALIM or other Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Working knowledge of SAP, Maximo, or similar engineering data management applications.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, design standards, equipment data, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in data quality assurance, governance, analytics, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience supporting greenfield and brownfield engineering projects is preferred.
• VCA Basic certification would be an added advantage.
