Responsibilities

• Research industrial manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers using company websites, catalogs, technical brochures, and LinkedIn.
• Clean, normalize, validate, and maintain large datasets with high accuracy.
• Classify companies and products into correct technical categories and subcategories such as PLCs, SCADA, Robotics, and IIoT.
• Manage backend CMS operations including uploading and updating company profiles and technical product specifications.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to improve data collection, formatting, and categorization workflows.
• Optimize business listings and product descriptions for SEO and metadata standards.
• Perform regular quality checks to identify outdated or inactive listings.
• Maintain structured and organized data for better search visibility and user experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and alignment.
• Ensure consistency, formatting accuracy, and completeness across all directory entries.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in data operations, research, or backend content management. Strong understanding of Industrial Automation, engineering terminology, B2B supplier ecosystems, and manufacturing technologies. Educational background in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation), Computer Applications, Data Analytics, or related technical fields is preferred. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data preprocessing, validation, CMS platforms, and structured datasets is required. Basic understanding of SEO concepts and metadata optimization is a plus. Candidate should have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
