Data Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to manage data processing, SAP operations, document verification, portal activities, and client query management. The role requires accuracy, timely execution, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Extract financial data and supporting documents from SAP, including invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and customer ledgers.

· Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies prior to processing.

· Upload verified transaction details and supporting documents into the in-house software in accordance with defined processes.

· Manage and resolve customer queries raised through the in-house software by reviewing relevant information and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

· Maintain Excel trackers, databases, and operational reports, ensuring timely and accurate circulation to respective stakeholders.

· Process high volumes of transactions and data while consistently meeting defined TAT, SLA, and quality standards.

· Identify discrepancies, missing information, and exceptions, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution or escalation.

· Maintain accurate records, supporting documentation, and audit trails for all processed transactions.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management

· Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

· Good query management and communication skills

· Ability to handle high-volume data and meet TAT/SLA requirements

· Good coordination and organizational skills

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Processing, Operations, or similar roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
