Data Operations Manager

Rate Range: $125,000k - 164,000k; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead the operational oversight and strategic direction of a large-scale enterprise data platform supporting analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and analytics teams to drive alignment and execution across complex initiatives.
• Oversee the ingestion, movement, and management of data from commercial and internal sources through the enterprise data ecosystem.
• Review and guide platform architecture, system integrations, network flows, and infrastructure dependencies to ensure scalable and reliable data operations.
• Drive cross-functional programs, remove organizational barriers, and establish effective collaboration across teams delivering data and reporting solutions.
• Provide leadership and governance for platforms and tools including Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data engineering environments.Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks Platform Operations, Administration, and Data Engineering
• Experience managing platform operations, technical support, and service delivery within cloud-based environments.
• Experience managing third-party managed service providers and vendor-delivered services.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, preferably Reltio.
• Azure ecosystem experience (ADLS, Data Factory, Fabric, Entra ID)
