Position: Data Operations Specialist

Work Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM | Monday-Friday

Work Setup: ONSITE | Davao City

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Data Operations Specialist (Data Implementation) to support data quality, system operations, and platform efficiency at an AU-based company.

In this role, you will take ownership of client data migration, database maintenance, reporting, and process documentation. Working across our platform, internal systems, and support infrastructure, you will help ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, and improve operational workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Data Migration: Transfer and digitise client information from existing systems into the SaaS platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the migration process.
• Data Support and Management: Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to manage client data requests, update records, and resolve data-related issues.
• Database and System Maintenance: Maintain internal databases and data repositories, perform routine data housekeeping, and ensure systems and scheduled processes run efficiently.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate system usage reports, operational metrics, and data analyses to monitor platform performance and support informed decision-making.
• Process Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, standardised workflows and procedures to ensure data processes are repeatable, auditable, and easy to hand over.
• Platform and Campaign Analytics: Track and maintain social media statistics, campaign performance, and reporting across external platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and leverage automation and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking someone with strong technical fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Technical Skills: A solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data structures, with familiarity in APIs, data migration tools, and scripting.
• Data and Systems Thinking: The ability to understand how data moves across systems, identify inefficiencies, and develop structured, reliable workflows.
• Accuracy and Accountability: A strong commitment to data quality, with the discipline to validate outputs, track progress, and take responsibility for deliverables.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Confidence in investigating technical issues, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and documenting fixes to prevent recurring problems.
• Communication Skills: The ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical colleagues and produce documentation that others can easily follow.
• Independence and Initiative: Comfort working toward structured goals with minimal oversight, while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.
• Interest in AI and Automation: Curiosity about applying AI tools and automation to improve data management, streamline processes, and solve operational challenges.
• SaaS and Data Migration Experience: Previous exposure to SaaS platforms and client data migration is highly desirable, particularly an understanding of data integrity, validation, and migration best practices.

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

• Construction technology or construction-related SaaS platforms
• Insurance claims processes
• Building restoration or property restoration industries

Industry-specific knowledge is not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
