About the role
Arbeit Group is seeking a Data Operations / UAT Engineer to support enterprise data validation, operational testing, and user acceptance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Execute operational validation and data verification activities
- Perform UAT planning and execution
- Support data reconciliation and issue resolution
- Validate processing schedules and operational readiness
- Prepare operational documentation and handover materials
- Collaborate with business users and project teams during testing cycles
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Operations, UAT, Application Support, or related roles
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Strong understanding of Data Validation
- Strong understanding of UAT Execution
- Strong understanding of Data Reconciliation
- Strong understanding of Incident & Problem Analysis
- Familiarity with ETL, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake environments
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
