Data Operator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Obtain relevant information and supporting documents from internal departments, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Verify, Enter, update & maintain data accurately in the ERP system as per established processes.
• Follow up with relevant teams to collect pending information, identify duplicity, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely data updates.
• Follow the organisation's data management procedures and maintain the confidentiality of business and customer information.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry operation or mis operations role.
• Proficiency in data handling, data management, and data reporting using Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
