Data Operator- Domestic

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent language proficiency and strong communication skills, with 10th +2 education.

Roles and Responsibility

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
