Data operator intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Operator Intern with basic knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, data maintenance, report preparation, and ensuring the accuracy of records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets and company databases.
• Use MS Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUM, COUNT, and IF.
• Perform data validation and identify duplicate or incorrect entries.
• Organize, filter, and sort data as required.
• Assist the MIS team in preparing daily and weekly reports.
• Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify data from different sources and match records using lookup formulas.
• Support the team in day-to-day data management activities.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP formulas.
• Knowledge of sorting, filtering, and formatting in Excel.
• Basic typing and data entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new Excel functions and reporting techniques.
• Basic communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
