Data Platform Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Data Platform Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the enterprise data architecture that supports CRM, analytics, and customer data activation across a complex global environment.

The position will translate business needs into scalable data designs that improve governance, performance, and data quality.

It will also partner closely with technology and business teams to enable trusted Customer 360 insights and reliable data flows across platforms.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,900 – $197,868 annually

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the data capabilities of enterprise applications, with a focus on CRM integration
• Translate business needs into data platform design for Customer 360 and actionable insights
• Define the enterprise approach for connecting CRM systems with data platforms
• Shape analytics architecture for CRM users with governed metrics and dashboards
• Lead CRM data migration from legacy platforms, ensuring data readiness and validation
• Establish standards for CRM data quality and lifecycle management in line with governance requirements
• Guide architecture decisions for high-volume data performance and maintainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 8–10 years of experience in data architecture or CRM data architecture roles in complex global environments
• Strong background in enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks
• Practical experience with customer data platform design, including ingestion and activation use cases
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Expert-level SQL and ETL/ELT design experience at enterprise scale
• Working knowledge of data protection and compliance expectations such as HIPAA and GDPR
