Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Data Platform & Services Engineering with strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering, backend services, APIs, analytics, and cloud architecture . The role involves designing, building, modernizing, and operating enterprise-scale data platforms and services on Microsoft Azure.

Key Technical Requirements:

Data Engineering

• Azure Databricks, Spark/PySpark
• Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory
• ADLS Gen2, Delta Lake, Lakehouse/Medallion Architecture
• SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Cosmos DB and Kusto / Azure Data Explorer
• ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling
• Data quality, reconciliation, and governance

Backend & Services

• C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core
• REST APIs and Microservices
• Azure Functions
• Event Hubs and Service Bus
• Entity Framework Core
• Authentication & Authorization

Cloud & DevOps

• Microsoft Azure
• Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
• Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Azure Key Vault
• Docker / Kubernetes

Good to Have:

• AI/ML or AI-enabled analytics experience
• React/Angular and TypeScript
• GraphQL
• Power BI
• Infrastructure as Code
• SRE / Production Support experience

The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning solutions across data ingestion → data processing → lakehouse/analytics → APIs & services → monitoring → production operations .
