Qualifications
- Graduate of a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
- With relevant experience in data privacy or records management; Data Privacy certification is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in handling student, employee, and institutional information.
- Monitor data privacy policies and procedures across academic and administrative offices.
- Conduct data privacy awareness activities and assist in addressing data breaches, privacy complaints, and related concerns.
