Hiring: Analyst & Sr. Analyst (Finance Operations)

Role: Client Coordination & Finance Operations

Experience:

• Analyst - 1 - 2 Years
• Sr. Analyst - 3 - 5 years

Compensation:

• Analyst - Up to 4 LPA
• Sr. Analyst - Up to 6-7 LPA

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM and 9 PM to 6 AM)

Working days: Monday - Friday

Availability: Immediate

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with a strong finance background and 15 years of experience in client coordination and operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client communications, handle operational workflows, and utilize MS Excel to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of queries.
• Manage and execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy.
• Maintain, update, and analyze operational data using MS Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met seamlessly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance (B.Com, BAF, BBI, BMS Finance, or equivalent).
• Experience: 1-5 years in client coordination, customer success, or operational roles.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Shift: Must be 100% comfortable working a Permanent Night Shift.
