Data Processing Associate - Male Candidates

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Process Associate to support US Mortgage and Property Data Services. The role involves non-voice processing, property data validation, owner verification, and document review. This position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the US mortgage and real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and verify property addresses using GIS / Assessor websites
• Validate property ownership and legal details from public records
• Review and extract data from deeds, mortgages, and related documents
• Perform grantorgrantee identification and indexing as per client guidelines
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and property information
• Meet productivity, quality targets, and timelines
• Update verified information in internal systems

Requirements

• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn US Mortgage
