Data Processing Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support a large-scale ERP data transition initiative. This role will be responsible for transferring high volumes of image records from a legacy system into a new ERP platform while ensuring accuracy and completeness.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and is comfortable navigating software systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Transfer image files from a legacy ERP system to a new ERP platform
• Accurately attach and validate image records against corresponding data records
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to monitor progress
• Perform quality checks to ensure images are correctly uploaded and linked
• Follow established processes and documentation standards
• Work through large volumes of records while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve record discrepancies as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data processing, data entry, records management, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with multiple software systems simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with ERP systems is considered an asset
