Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or insurance-related experience
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with reports, documentation, and record management
• Ability to work onsite in Kingston, WA

Plusses:

• Insurance industry experience
• Experience processing policies, endorsements, renewals, or cancellations
• Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes
• Experience using insurance management systems
• Exposure to certificate of insurance generation and distribution

Day-to-Day:

• Process new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Enter and maintain policy data within internal systems
• Research and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Generate and distribute policy documents and certificates of insurance
• Prepare, update, and distribute reports
• Assist with billing status reviews and adjustments
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate for a leading insurance client. This individual will support day-to-day policy administration activities by processing new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations while ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems. Contract-to-Hire Roles Compensation:

$19/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
