Data Processing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Review source documents and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital records systematically.
• Perform data validation, correction, and routine data cleanup activities.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records using MS Excel and other office applications.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines and productivity standards.

Skills Required: Basic computer knowledge, typing skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry.
