Data Processing Specialist - UP TO $2200

Working Hours (Labrador Park) :

• Option 1: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Option 2: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (additional shift allowance of $7.25 per working day)

Working Hours (Tampines & Raffles place): Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare physical documents according to established procedures.
• Scan and convert paper documents into digital formats using scanning equipment.
• Ensure documents are processed accurately and in the correct sequence.
• Review scanned images for quality and completeness, and re-scan documents when required.
• Organize and manage workflow to meet daily productivity targets.
• Handle documents with care and maintain proper document organization throughout the process.
• Perform basic equipment checks and ensure scanning devices are kept in good working condition.
• Monitor and replenish operational supplies and materials when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
