About the role

This role involves preparing and managing product content for upload into NGC platforms, consolidating product information from multiple sources, and maintaining content accuracy across Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) systems, and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare product content files for upload into NGC platforms based on approved business requirements
• Consolidate product information from multiple sources, including Product Marketing, Regulatory, Category Management, and Regional teams
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of product attributes, descriptions, specifications, claims, ingredients, usage instructions, and supporting content
• Validate content readiness prior to upload and publication
• Perform data entry and content insertion activities within CMS, PIM systems, or NGC platforms
• Upload and maintain product images, documents, videos, and related digital assets
• Execute product content updates, corrections, and enhancements according to project schedules
• Support product launch and promotional campaign content deployment
• Conduct content verification checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established content standards
• Meet daily and weekly content processing targets and project milestones

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, content management, e-Commerce operations, digital merchandising, or administrative support
• Experience working with CMS, PIM, e-Commerce platforms, or large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards
• Fast learner with strong execution capabilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work under tight timelines and changing project priorities
