Data Processor

Overview

The Data processing position initiates and monitors programs that process customer files according to desired specifications. Along with processing, this position will require the ability to utilize composition software to set up certain types of applications and artwork for processing and production. The Data Processor is responsible for the coordination of customers files, ensuring accuracy, and full completion of files. Also responsible for notifying the proper team members, in a timely fashion, should an issue arise. This position requires, but is not limited to, communication skills, organization, problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process customer data accurately and timely
• Validate completed processes for accuracy and create work orders
• Identifying file problems and communicating with all relevant parties
• Communication with all relevant parties, any issues, or changes
• Setup artwork and some programs for operations
• Complete and accurate paperwork
• Recommendations to better serve our customers
• All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Graphic Art experience
• 3-5 Years Data Processing Experience, preferred but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
