Data Protection / GDPR Administrator - 7 mth FTC

• Temporary contract until 31st July 2027
• Salary Scale: €32,762 - €48,948
• Hybrid working – office location Dublin 2

In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to the legal team as they prepare for a large audit programme. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team, be an organised and proactive record keeper and have strong communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and maintaining a number of data related requests and processes including – DSARs, ROPAs, DPIAs and
• Monitoring legislative changes related to data access.
• Support with the compliance portal and data transfer.
• Support the DPO.
• Verification of data accuracy.

Suitable candidates will need to have professional exposure to / experience with the activities listed above, you should have:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience working in Legal / Compliance / Data Protection
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Experience handling, maintaining and updating records.
