Data Protection Professional

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Endpoint Security, Endpoint Management, Information Protection, Data Governance, or Cyber Security Operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Defender security controls, endpoint protection, threat management, and security monitoring.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), device compliance, and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Purview Discovery Classification capabilities, sensitivity labels, and information protection controls.
• Experience performing eDiscovery searches, legal hold management, content exports, and case management activities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities including Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Experience supporting incident management, service request management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot endpoint management, data protection, and information governance issues.
• Strong analytical, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
