Overview of the Position
The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of case management data within the Probation Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS360). The position analyzes database information to identify and correct data errors and deficiencies, generates and reviews statistical reports, and supports compliance with national and district reporting requirements. The incumbent serves as a resource for PACTS360 system updates, data entry procedures, and staff training while providing general administrative and office support.
